Tiff Cheung is a photographer and media artist currently based in New York City. Their work frequently explores the realm of memory and reality, fabricating imagery fiction with details drawn from a mix of documentary and staged lenses. With fragments captured in seemingly intimate settings and almost humanless landscapes, Cheung tries to create works that construct a tranquil atmosphere with a post-apocalyptic undertone. As a result, their works often evoke melancholic emotions and a sense of alienation, communicating the personal and psychological aspects of memory and experience.
